The Grenkeleasing AG is a German stock corporation based at Baden-Baden. It is listed under the number HRB 1836 in the trade register of the local court of Mannheim. The Grenkeleasing AG is nationwide the market leader in Small-Ticket-IT-Leasing, this means the leasing of IT-products.

 


The wholly owned subsidiary WEBLEASE NETBUSINESS AG was since 1998 the first virtual leasing company in Europe and served the GRENKELEASING business area Online-Leasing. Since 01.01.2005 the WEBLEASE NETBUSINESS AG has focused increasingly on new duties and responsibilities within the GRENKELEASING group. The Online-Leasing Service has been therefore reintegrated in the operational structure of the GRENKELEASING AG.

 


The chairman of the supervisory board is Prof. Dr. Ernst-Moritz Lipp.

Members of the board of directors: Wolfgang Grenke (Chairman), Dr. Uwe Hack (Deputy Chairman of the Board), Mark Kindermann, and Gilles Christ.
