In simple terms, a lease rental allows a business to spread the cost of acquiring a piece of equipment over a chosen period and removes the need to pay for it all upfront.

A lease can be for almost any business and is an incredibly effective way of allowing a business to hold on to its cash while investing in business equipment for the future.

Over the last 40 years, GRENKE has provided leasing to numerous styles of businesses and organisations; sole traders, partnerships, public and private limited companies, associations and organisations, medical, health and educational providers, municpalities, public hospitals, semi-state institutions, Government bodies and so much more. 

GRENKE operates independently of equipment manufacturers and equipment resellers and combined with our unique approach to underwriting it allows us to consider a very broad range of equipment (including but not limited to): IT Hardware & Software, Copiers, Printers, Telecoms systems, Medical Equipment, Coffee Machines, Vending Machines, industrial machinery, Commercial Catering Equipment, White Goods, Point of sale and retail equipment, hotel and office furniture, Commerical Solar Panels, drones - and much, much more. It may be possible to lease other items – simply talk to your local GRENKE contact.

Normally, you’re chosen equipment reseller would submit a proposal for a lease rental on your behalf to GRENKE. However, if your equipment reseller doesn’t already use GRENKE please ask them to do so. Alternatively, you can contact GRENKE directly. 

As a partner/reseller of GRENKE the quickest way to submit a leasing rental request do this is via the GRENKE partner portal. There, you can calculate leasing quotes and send requests online in just a few clicks. Click here to go straight to the partner portal. If you do not yet have login details, you can request them over our contact form, or get the information directly from your local contact person.

GRENKE guarantees that your invoice will be paid within 24 hours, provided that we have all the necessary contract documents.

This gives hirers access to business critical equipment through the fastest means possible.

We are legally obliged to charge VAT on our contracts at the prevailing rate(s) through the life of the contract.

You can do this easily using our contact form. Simply select ‘Product Offer’ as your interest and ‘Leasing’ as your topic. 

Once you’ve signed your GRENKE ‘lease’ and ‘delivery confirmation certificate’ these documents will be sent to GRENKE who will process your contract paperwork within 24 hours and your contract will begin. You can access all VAT schedules, invoice and contract documents via the GRENKE Customer Portal.

If you’ve chosen to pay GRENKE on a ‘Quarterly’ repayment profile, ie every 3 months, your lease payments will be collected on the 1st of January, April, July and October.

 

If you’ve decided on a ‘Monthly’ repayment profile your lease payments will be collected on the 1st of every month. Most of our customers select the ‘Quarterly’ option as it reduces considerably the amount of administration and reconciliation.

Equipment protection is mandatory for all business equipment bought by GRENKE.  We are happy to provide this as a service at an additional annual fee. Please contact us for more details.

Yes you can. All we ask is that any monies outstanding on your contract at the time you wish to terminate are paid in full.

Yes, the GRENKE customer portal allows you to manage all your contracts simply and securely online. Moreover, it gives you access to digital invoices that meet all statutory requirements, e.g. for VAT returns. To customer portal

A Master Lease Agreement (MLA) is a pre-approved amount of money that a customer can have access to lease business equipment for their business. It runs for 12 months and allows you, the customer, the freedom and flexibilty to draw down from the facility at any stage as and when needed at the agreed preferential rate.
